TransITtrak's QuickBooks interface is designed to eliminate double data entry. It can be setup so QuickBooks does not have to be open for TransITtrak to write data to your QuickBooks file.
What does this mean?
There are no imports. Every time you close a repair order or receive
money from a customer, the transactions will appear in QuickBooks
without you touching a button. It is totally invisible to the user! At
