Searching In TransITtrak

TransITtrak enables users to search the database by any field and also gives users the ability to search for a string.  

This is where you would add parts for a job.

By clicking on the down arrow, TransITtrak opens a search window (below)

In this window, you see all the database fields across the top. By typing text or numbers in the first blank line, TransITtrak filters the database and displays all items that fit the criteria.

For Example: If  "R" is typed  in the description field, TransITtrak  will display all the parts that contain a description that begins with the letter 'R'.

To search for all parts that contain the string "kit" in the description field,  a % sign can be put in front of the string you would like to search for.

For Example: If  "%kit" is typed into the description field, TransITtrak will display all parts that contain "kit" in the description field.

TransITtrak allows you to search for parts, customers and vehicles in this manner.
Never waste time looking for needed information again!
